This is a website about our services. You can explore it without creating an account, submitting a form, or making a payment. We do not currently use advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
That does not mean no information is processed: hosting and font providers receive technical information, and we receive anything you choose to send us by email. Here is how that works.
01 / About this policy
This policy describes information handled in connection with the Night Reserve LLC website. It does not cover websites or systems we build for clients, which have their own privacy notices.
02 / Information you choose to share
Our contact links open your email application. If you email us, we receive your email address, your message, and any name, business details, or attachments you include. We use that information to respond, discuss your project, and manage our business correspondence. Our email provider also processes these communications.
The table, guest check-in, menu, and deposit previews are demonstrations. They do not collect guest information, make reservations, or process payments. Selections in these demos are temporary and are not saved by the website.
03 / Hosting and technical information
When this website is served through Vercel, our hosting provider, Vercel processes technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the site. This may include your IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and diagnostic or security logs.
Hosting services are separate from optional analytics tools. We have not added Vercel Web Analytics, Speed Insights, or Google Analytics to this website. See Vercel’s Privacy Notice for information about Vercel’s practices.
04 / Fonts and external services
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google to request these files, which involves sending technical information such as your IP address and browser request information. Read Google’s Privacy Policy and the Google Fonts FAQ for more information.
Links to other websites and your email provider are governed by those services’ own privacy practices.
05 / Cookies and Google Ads
The website itself does not currently set advertising or analytics cookies, and it does not include Google Ads conversion or remarketing tags.
We may pay to promote our services through Google Ads. Google may process information about your interaction with an ad on its services or advertising network. Buying an ad does not, by itself, install tracking on this website.
If we add website conversion tracking, remarketing, or other analytics in the future, we will update this policy to describe the actual tools and information involved, and provide any required consent or opt-out controls before enabling them.

We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, maintain relevant business records, or meet legal obligations. Providers handle technical records under their own applicable terms and retention practices. Information may be processed outside your country. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

You can browse without contacting us. If you have shared personal information, you can email us to ask about access, correction, or deletion. We will handle requests in accordance with applicable law; available rights and any exceptions depend on your location and circumstances.
